She Leads was our debut event, dedicated to empowering women in healthcare. Organized in collaboration with Alte Student Research Unit and PLC InclusiPink, the event aimed to create a supportive platform for aspiring women professionals to connect, learn, and grow.

Key Highlights of the Event:

• Inspiring Panel Discussions: Prominent women leaders from student-run organizations across Tbilisi shared their personal journeys, challenges, and successes in the healthcare field.

• Networking Break: Participants had the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations, build connections, and exchange contacts with experienced professionals.

• Special Guest Speakers: We were privileged to welcome distinguished orthopedic and emergency women doctors who are making significant contributions to their fields:

• Dr. Megan Anne Conti Mica – Ruth Jackson Orthopedic Society (USA)

• Dr. Rolanda Willacy – Orthopedic Women of Howard (USA)

• Dr. Zina Smadi – Muslim Women in Ortho

• Dr. Linu Abdul Latheef – St. Gregorios Medical Mission Hospital, Parumala

This event marked the beginning of a movement dedicated to fostering inclusivity, leadership, and empowerment among women in healthcare.
